When to expect your packages
Retro Shirtz Offers 4 Domestic US Shipping Methods:
- Flat Rate Shipping – Free. 2 – 5 Business Days (UPS/USPS)
- UPS 2 Day – 2 Business Days – Continental US excludes Alaska & Hawaii. Not Available for PO Box or APO.
- UPS Overnight Express – Overnight Express – 1 Business Day.*
- In-store pickup – $5 discount per shirt
Our shipping provider (USPS) does not guarantee exact delivery dates on standard deliveries. Per their websites, standard shipping packages could take up to 21 business days. We do not have tracking numbers for packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require your order to arrive by a certain date, we suggest upgrading to 2nd day or overnight delivery. Each of these shipping methods includes a tracking number.
Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Holidays and Bank Holidays are not considered business days.
Most orders are shipped next business day, however, we reserve the right to use 3 to 5 business days for processing time.
We sometimes need this extra time, because we operate a retail storefront in Omaha, Nebraska. Sometimes large bulk orders can severely deplete our inventory of shirts. 3-5 days is the maximum time we need to restock shirt colors.

Please contact us before your order if you require expedited shipping. Expedited shipping will incur additional costs.
Once items have been packaged and shipped by our staff, and the order ships out, all responsibility for the product is now in the hands of the shipping company.
Our store is not responsible for late arrivals of product when a shipping company is at fault. Again, we accept no responsibility for late arrivals that are the fault of the shipping company.
RETURNED ORDERS (Returned Shipping)
We are not responsible for orders that are returned to us (returned to sender). We stress the importance of correctly writing your address in the shipping information section for each order.
If an order is returned to our shop, we will follow up with ONE additional confirmation email. If the customer wishes to reship the order, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
