Refunds & Exchanges
DEFECT & INCORRECT PRODUCT EXCHANGES
All apparel is custom printed to order and is not available for returns and exchanges. However, our shop will gladly replace any item in the event of a defect in the print or apparel, or if we ship the wrong graphic design, shirt color, or shirt size. Items where a customer chooses the wrong size, color, or print during the ordering process, we will not offer a return or exchange. Please contact us for more details. The replacement item will be shipped with standard delivery.
To be considered for an exchange, customers must contact us to receive an Exchange Authorization. Any shipments returned to our shop without and Exchange Authorization will be returned to sender. Valid exchanges must be in the same condition that the apparel was shipped from our shop to the customer. We will not exchange items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. Get an Exchange Authorization.
Customers have 14 days after their order’s arrival to be eligible for standard product exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange their shirt are responsible for the old item’s return shipping charges, the new item’s shipping charges, and a restocking fee. The restocking fee is $5 (or $8 restocking fee for sizes 2XL to 6XL) per shirt exchanged. To be considered for an exchange, customers must contact us to receive an Exchange Authorization. Any shipments returned to our shop without an Exchange Authorization will be returned to sender. Valid exchanges must be in the same condition that the apparel was shipped from our shop to the customer. We will not exchange items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise damaged.
Our shop does not offer refunds. We offer exchanges of all products within the 14 days of delivery. Please see Standard Exchanges policy described above.
All sales are final.
SHIPPING DATES AND TIMES
Our shipping provider (USPS) does not guarantee exact delivery dates on standard deliveries. Per their websites, standard shipping packages could take up to 21 business days. We do not have tracking numbers for packages shipped with standard shipping. If you require your order to arrive by a certain date, we suggest upgrading to 2nd day or overnight delivery. Each of these shipping methods includes a tracking number.
Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Holidays and Bank Holidays are not considered business days.
Orders, once placed, are not eligible for cancellation.
Our shipping provider (USPS) determines when a package has been lost and is considered non-recoverable. A new package will be sent out at no cost once the shipping provider has determined that a package has been lost.
RETURNED SHIPPING (Back to our Shop)
We send packages to the exact address provided by customers for their order. We are not responsible for orders that are returned to us (returned to sender). We stress the importance of correctly writing your address in the shipping information section for each order. If an order is returned to our shop, we will send ONE additional follow up email. If the customer wishes to reship the order, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
